Founded in 2009, Foundero started as a mobile development studio building native iOS and Android applications for entertainment and technology companies across Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Over the years, the company has operated from LA, SF, and Austin — adapting and evolving with the industry.
Today, Foundero is focused on what comes next: AI development, intelligent tooling, and product experimentation. We're a small, sharp, intentional operation — building at the frontier of what's possible.
The Name
What does Foundero mean? Depends on who you ask.
Founder Zero
The first founder. Starting from nothing, building from scratch. Employee #0.
Found Ero
Pseudo-Latin — loosely translates to "Found I will be." Future tense, always looking forward.
Canyonero
...or maybe, inspired by The Simpsons. Twelve yards long, two lanes wide, sixty-five tons of American pride.
Meet the Founder
Jeff DiTullio
Founder & CEO
Engineer and entrepreneur. Over the last 20 years, Jeff has built high-performing teams and products at several VC-backed tech companies while also running his own development studio serving 50+ organizations. Jeff loves hard problems whether they are tech or organizational.
Jeff holds several US patents and graduated top of his class with an MS in Computer Science from UCSB while playing NCAA Division I golf and sailing. He later earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson with a focus in Economics, Finance, and International Business.
